I am Impressed

More of a thanks then a Question.

I have been using LINUX for about 1 and a half years now. Gone from Mandrake to RH 6.1 - RH 6.2 to now using RH 7.1.

And is it me, or am I getting better, or is Linux now getting much easier to use..

Anyhow, thanks to this board, my PC at home is now no longer an MS Box. Then a MS / Linux Box. It is now JUST LINUX.

That is how impressed I am... I have ditched Windows...

I have a fully functional Internet Connection using Mozilla and RH PPP Dialer

I can play games thanks to LOKI..

My Desktop is now really smart and make Windows look really sad.

ALL my hardware works.. Even my USB Printer..

Thank you Linux Newbie org.. If it wasn't for this site, I wouldn't have got so far.. But still got a lot to learn..!!!

Thanks for posting that.

Always nice to hear good news and success stories. And your right about still having a lot to learn. We all do and we always will. Linux is a continual learning process. I still feel I've only scratched the surface.
