Want to connect with Linux 7.1 workstation to Windows XP tcp/ip

I have been working on linux for a few days now and my boss wants me to share the my linux workstation with the rest of the office. The problem is that they are all on Windows XP using a TCP/IP connection. WHAT CAN I DO?


Been working non-stop all day, really tired!!!!!

I can ping all the other workstations in shell prompt!!.

Please help me!!
