Perhaps someone could help me out with audiogalaxy for linux. The readme tells me to goto audiogalaxy.com/betatest to get a login/pass... that site doesn't seem valid. How can I get AGSatellite running with linux?
Can I use an existing login/pass? If so, how do i use it?
thanks

All you have to do is this:

1. Untar the AGsatellite tar file
2. Create account.txt and shares.txt (I think those are the right names, check readme.txt)
2a. account.txt is of the format:

e-mail address
password

2b. shares.txt is simply a bunch of directory paths (if any) each on a separate line
3. Once these are created, run it by doing "./AGsatellite" (if that's the correct filename, I can't check right now) in that directory.
4. To start downloading stuff, go to www.audiogalaxy.com (http://www.audiogalaxy.com) (ignore the /betatest message, it's been wrong as long as I've used AG), click on the "member login" link up in the upper right corner.
5. Log in
6. Pray that you don't get a message about high server load and that it actually lets you log in. The satellite picture in the upper right hand corner should turn yellow to indicate this.
7. Have fun
