is there a possible way to run Xconfigurator w/o first getting into X? http://discussions.linuxplanet.com/frown.gif
because i need to change the freqs of a monitor here and i dont want to boot into an installation process from the cd.
i tried running it as root in a linux single session, but the massage returned was 'Xconfigurator - command not found'.
as far as i'm aware its in /usr/X11R6/bin.
any help is much appreciated! thanx.
