What the hell has happened with Opera?

Last I checked, I was running 6.03 stable, and after checking their website, they are listing 6.10 stable. Sooo...naturally I download and install it, but it turns out to be 6.1. Anyone have any clue what is going on?

Opera 6.1 is newer than 6.03. 6.1 has built-in java among other things. I don't know when they will try to roll out 7.0 for Linux. I think 7.0 for Windows is in beta now but I don't keep track of that. :D
