Dos bootable disk?

I have a network card and i need to use its dos utility to set/find its irq's and such. the problem is that i only have this linux machine and a win2k machine. is there a utility or something that i can use on one of them to create a dos bootable disk?

Some distros come with dosemu which may allow you to create a bootable dos diskette.
