I have crossed over from the Darkside and jumped into using Linux feet first, I am have problem trying install Cisco VPN client 3.7 on my RH 7.2 laptop.

Following all the prompts and entering in all the appropriate paths etc, an error keeps popping up that the install process cannot file driver_build.sh which is located in the vpnclient directory that was created when the tar ball was untared.

Cisco's website is useless regarding help, and my fellow colleagues at work wont touch Linux, so I am basically out in the cold.

Thanks

Can you be more specific on the error? What is the permissions on the driver_build.sh? Are you installing this as root?

Also, is this script in the PATH? It won't work if doesn't know where it is.

Typing "env" will display all the directories in your current PATH, if you do not see it in there you will need to add it

I figured it out, and sorry for the short and non-specific question.

Thanks again.
