Blackbox - The original, minimal wm Fluxbox - Took off after bb development came to a halt and they added many new things to it to make bb more useable like window tabs, a taskbar and integrated keybindings. Openbox - Like fb, took off when bb dev stopped. Has anti-aliased fonts and a `NetWM' compilant key handler called epistrophy Waimea - has transparancy, different themes to the above. It also has no taskbar. All the above can be found on each of the wm's websites :) justlinux.com
