Hello!
I have recently got a DSL connection, I have got it working with Windows but not with Linux yet. From the company that I connect the machine to I have received a username, password, static ip address, DNS address and a gateway address. Now how do I configure linux with this information? I have tried netconfig but that only lets you type in ip and dns address. All help is appreciated!
I'm using Slackware 8.0 and my network card is installed and configured.
