Under Mandrake, I used to just add mp3s to CD track in gnome-toaster, and it converted them and burned them to CD.

However, under RedHat it's a different story. I know it has no native mp3 support, but I updated it and I can play them, but t won't burn it in CD Audio format. Any ideas? I may ahve solved the problem, but unfortunately I have fallen victim to RH's rpm bug, and I can't rebbot atm!

my guess is that you will have to replace thhe app that changes mp3's to .wav files. I can't remember the app off hand--cdparanoia maybe?

are you sure you have mpg123 installed

type just mpg123 and see what happens

also make sure your in the directory of the mp3 file
and that you have the name correct ie if the files name is "Taproot - Poem.mp3" then make sure to include the .mp3 at the end basically cd in the directory do ls -a
and the mpg123 code making sure that the names are exactly the same

yup, of course i have mpg123... otherwise it wouldn't have told me that w is an invalid option. The name is correct, as I just type in a few letters and the hit tab to autocomplete.

Perhaps it's an old version?
