I have a Linksys LNE100TX ver 4.2 NIC. I am having trouble compiling the tulip.c driver for it (newest 0.98) Anyone know what's wrong?

I've tried the compile command linksys gives and what is in the tulip.c file...

Slackware 7.1

If you have the driver compiled on a p3 processor running slack 7.1 (2.2.17 kernel) i'll take it too http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif

Thanks!

Have you tried the NHF for it right here http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/hardware/linksys_LNE100TX.html at Linuxnewbie.org?

I had the same problem with that card and Slack 7.1 a few months ago. I ran a deja.com query and found this advice, which worked for me.
