Turbo-Linux?

I've seen the box/read the name a million times and still have no clue about it.

Anybody used this distro yet?

The "Turbo" part of it draws my attention and I'm wondering if it's just a name or is there really anything turbo about this flavor of Linux?

I've been using it for about a year now. It does run pretty fast but I'm not sure if it's really any faster than any other distro. It's based on RPM's (which, I like). It makes for a good desktop workstation but it's more known for the server side. Also, it's a very popular distribution in Asian countries and is quickly becoming popular here.

By the way, 6.1 is the newest version and it still uses a text-based install (very simple, though).

I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the input! I'd like to see how it would handle my cable internet connection.
