Headless machine

Got a spare P-100 kicking around and I want to install linux on it...ok good...I just want to run it with no monitor/keyboard/mouse...I'm just wondering what I would have to edit or add to use it minus the monitor...any newbie faq's for this kind of thing? thx!

nothing. my server has no monitor and it runs fine - i have no gui running on it tho. if you have a monitor on it temporarily while installing - even with a gui - you can just remove it afterwards.

Change the BIOS so that it does not halt on keyboard errors if your MoBo has the option.

Install telnet or whatever for remote admin.
