Hi all.
Ive just started with Linux and using
Mandrake 9.0 KDE3 GUI
It all , almost works fine.
except my graphics, its really slow.(OpenGL) my guess it that Mandrake is using Generic NVIDIA drivers...
Ive tried to find some initfile for my G4ce2 MX200 card but failed.
Where and how do i get it to work...

History:
Tried to install the new NVIDIA kernel.
And Newest drivers also from NVIDIA.
But it crashed my X...

Found thread here on Linuxnewbie.
installed kernel +drivers from Nvidia
changed my XF86gonfig-4
so that the Loadsection read
load "nvidia" instead "nv", and checking modules.conf
to see that the new alias was in place.

X crashed again....

Back to scratch...
PLZ Help...

Nvidia has been sorta been covered here a few times.

Try the Nvidia tutorial that bwkaz has written and posted a link to in the 'How I Did It' forum.

If that doesn't help, nothing will. ;)
