well there are several, but the people on windows would have to load the windows versions of the client you pick. The only one I know of that will interoperate with a program most people have on windows is gnomemeeting, which will work with netmeeting, but it doesn't support encryption. If your windows buddies are too stuborn to switch from the software they are using now then you are probably SOL.
