Where does Grip save it's files?

Does anyone use the CD Player/ripper GRip? If so then where do you either find or set the location where the ripped files go?

There it is! OK, I've got a file with an ogg extension. I must need to do another conversion to get it to MP3 format now? OR did I just rip it incorrectly?

Click on the config tab.
The default for grip with Mandrake (and likely other distros) is to use ogg vorbis as the other encoders are not legal to distribute in the US (stupid patent restrictions). You will need to compile (or otherwise obtain a binary) for one of the other encoders. I personally use bladeenc.
