how and where do i edit eth0 and what comand can i use and i cant seem to find the right rpm.........

Ok, what is type of connection are you trying to setup?

I assume from your previous post it is a cable modem connections. Do you have a static IP or DHCP? Something more esoteric?

As you have Mandrake, it comes with linuxconf so use that to set up your networking.

Type man ifconfig if you wish to set up by the command line.
