gkrellm checking email

Ok it shows that I have new mail but when I click on it the new mail indicator goes away and my hard drive churns for a sec but no mail display. It does not appear to do anything. How do I get it so that when I click on the mail icon it brings up netscape mail? Thanks

If you open up an terminal/xterm, you will probably have the 'You have mail' waiting for you. Type 'mail' to see what it is. Happened to me a couple of days ago when I installed gkrellm. Mail was from 'cron' and for root.

It depends on what you set gkrellm to check. But for netscape to pop up:

In the "mail reading program" area put in: netscape -mail
