Dual HD Booting

I want to get 2 HDs and put windows and Linux on 2 seperate HDs, is there a way to do this, and also can you select which to boot from when you turn on your comp, or how would you switch?

yeah that is the same setup i use

HD1 20GB windows
HD2 10GB Mandrake

install windows on the first drive, then after install linux on the second, use lilo or grub to choose which OS to boot
