Sendmail Problems

hello everybody. i recently setup Mandrake 6.1 (Apache, Samba and Bind) and the box run just fine. My problem is with sendmail. i can send e-mail out but my win98 clients (outlook express and netscape messenger) can't retrieve my mail. the only way i can retrieve them is by telnet as a user and reading it.

Outlook Express has this to say:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Pat's Email', Server: 'mail.smcm.edu.ph', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F.

Help me pls. before i loose my sendmind, er my mind.

sendmail isn't a pop3 daemon. You need to install qmail-popup, qpopper, cucipop, gnu pop3d or any one of a million other pop3 daemons in order to read your mail via pop3.
