printing to netgear print server under linux

I am surrently using Netgear PS113 - a to connect three printers to my network. According to netgear's site, Linux should be able to see the server and I then merely have to pint to the specific port I want. I can ping the server, but that's it.

i assume you mean you can only ping it by ip? if you want to access it by name then add it to your /etc/hosts file
