It seemed better than direct connect, but could be improved to work smoother. Has anyone tried it out? I'm just wondering how to make it work under linux via for instance wine... I've upgraded to Mandrake 9.0 now so I guess I should give DCTC another try... Fileshare just looked nicer than DC and especially the GUI I tried out. matador 10-22-2002, 04:00 AM I remembered another program called freenet. I just never got it working in the old Win98 days. Freenet encrypted all information and made it virtually impossible to know who send what to who, which is nice since the media industry is putting more money into making the ISP ban you for sharing stuff even outside the US. justlinux.com
