Does anyone know if there is a Linux available for this machine, or where I would go to find out if it is available?

I can't find any mention of this on google at all, besides lack of linux support. Check out this page (http://lena.fnet.fr/) , it refers to installing linux on the Indigo 2. HTH

Have checked the site - says the Indigo is unsupported.

Damn. Just have to check with SG for Unix disks I guess....

ouch! That may be expensive... Could always write your own port... :)
