Apache questions

Hi everyone! I just recently upgraded from apache 1.3 to 2.x ..... now all the sudden my apache web server is running abnormally slow. Has anyone else experienced this same kind of issue? I have a hard time believeing that I'm the only one.

Anyone? HELP!

Apache 2.* is still a bit funky - are you loading any wierd modules? What does the eeror log say?
