First compile finetuning

My very first successful kernel compile after managing to get it wrong in the last 5 times!! :cool:
But there are a couple of things I need to finetune:
when the system is booting up, its trying to load NFS module(which I disabled) and is giving me a failed message.
How do I remove this from the boot process?
I hate the red colors in my boot log :D

I'm assuming you're running RedHat or Mandrake. Try removing the entry in your /etc/rc.d/ scripts or removing it using "linuxconf"
