I just got slackware 8 running, and I can't seem to connect to any domains. I can connect to sites/irc servers through an IP though...
Anyone know whats wrong?

yes, your DNS isn't working right. Make sure you have /etc/resolv.conf set up correctly.

Hmmm... do I need anything other than nameservers in there? CAuse thats whats there now...

Your resolv.conf should look something like this:
nameserver <IP of ISP>
search <domain of ISP>
That is how myne works... :)
