hlds on LAN without internet?

I am trying to strtup a dedicated server at work and the LAN can not be hooked up to the internet. if some one know how to do this please let me know.

There is a switch you can use when you start it, but it's been ages and I can't think of it...

Look around http://server.counter-strike.net/ plus they have exellent forums for Linux servers...
