Does Redhat 8.0 have a text browser built into it? If yes what is it called.

If it didn't get installed when you installed RedHat, go to System Settings / Packages. After typing in your root password, you can then select Lynx from the text-based Internet section. (I belive that's what it's called, I don't use it normally.)
