FluxBox Styles Help

I can install the styles files fine ( just copied the style file into the fluxbox style folder ), but i can't get the background image to work with it, or even change the background at all.anyone mind givin me instructions on this?

all you need to do is make sure that the image is located in the path specified in the theme
