simple gnome question

how do i change the colors for the taskbar, menus, buttons, scroll bars, etc. i've played around with the control center for eons and i must be blind cause i don't see an option to change all the colors. help!

In Control Center, you can change the GNOME theme in the top section. You can also set the window manager theme, near the bottom, if it's GNOME compatible like Sawfish.
