Raid and NTFS

I have Red Hat Linux 8.0 installed

I have a SOYO Dragon MOBO with 4 IDE's

I have a hard drive on ide 3 and 4. Is there a way for linux to see them ?

In Windows Xp I install the 4n1 drivers . Is there something for linux ?

Also, can Linux see NTFS ?

Redhat is known to not include ntfs support by default. You need to recompile the modules/kernel.

Try a forum search for Raid as there has been a few threads recently on the same subject.

http://www.murty.net/ataraid/ should help. You will need to use the ide2=... ide3=... as suggested.
