I should have had the lead role ... Keanu was a cheapskate and wouldn't pay for leather ... Larry Fisburne had all the style :D

MKIII's pic is scientific proof that being photographed with a beautiful woman makes a guy appear 87 per cent less geeky.

The pix make me realize that I'm not necessarily the oldest guy in here, Whenever I am in a forum or chat, I generally assume I'm surrounded by gen xers and Y's.

I used to drive a MkIII Supra... I blew the engine driving to Monterey to see my Lady. And as I type this, Jasmine (my MkIII Supra) sits in Crystal's (my Lady...) garage awaiting me to send her to the scrap heap. I can't afford to fix her right now and by the time I can, I will be driving a Corvette or a MkIV Supra!

Now I drive a **shudder** 2000 mercury cougar  About the biggest POS I have ever owned but I will say it gets great gas milage on my 468 mile weekend trips I make almost every weekend to see Crystal! I can drive from the Base here in San Diego all the way to her house in Monterey on one tank of fuel and still have 1 - 1.5 gallons of fuel remaining!!! and the trip from where I park on base to her driveway is 468.3 miles exactly.

Amazing what Love make a man do!!!

Amazing what Love make a man do!!! What tire pressure are you running ? You DO know that increasing the tire pressure to the max will get you better fuel mileage . Maybe even increasing your left over fuel to as much as 1.895 gallons .:p Yep love makes you do all kinds of stuff . Even after 13yrs together

I guess I'll participate. These are the only 2 pics of me I have scanned. They're about 3 years old, but I still look the same.

Is it really that important? :D ;) Just kidding actually I run 32PSI on the passenger side and 33-34 on the driver side, compensate for weight difference also I set cruise control to 70MPH and if the weather warrents it I run the AC instead of windows down. I need to get some side screens to route air over the window opening, therby reducing the overall drag on the car when I do run with the windows down.

I used to race bomber class in Seattle years ago and I used to street drag as well. So I am well aware of the tire pressure as well as load balancing of a car plus drag effect. But thanks for bringing it up for those that didn't know!

I didn't feel like starting a new thread just for my pug-fugly mug, so i'll just put it here.

p.s- i know i need a haircut. The last one was sometime in august. It's not usually that bad, but today was just the worst hair-day of my life, bar none. And yes, I wear a hat 97.775% of the time as not to scare children and small animals.

Well, here (http://students.dcs.gla.ac.uk/students/toddm/strath_union/P1010011.JPG) is a pic of me looking rather drunk. Lovely, isn't it? That was taken last Saturday night.

Oddly enough I don't recall that particular picture being taken... :)
