Hello,

well , I tried to install mozilla 0.9.4 over 0.9.3 ... it installed , but when I try to run it, always runs 0.9.3 ... so , I uninstalled 0.9.4 ... 0.9.3 still works , but when I did rpm -q mozilla , there wasn't any ... so, how would I go about installing 0.9.4. over 0.9.3. ? ...

p.s. first time I tried installing rpm -Uvh moz*

thx :)

if you download the .gz version of it, type "tar xzf mozilla*gz" it makes a mozilla directory, you just enter that directory and type "./mozilla" to run it. You can put it whereever you want, your bookmarks and settings are saved in "$HOME/.mozilla" so whenever I download a new copy I just delete the old mozilla directory first.

well , now I don't know what I did again , b/c in any way I open it, it always shows that sidebar, personal menu , component menu and all buttons that I've removed when shut down :(

also , as I found out, all my settings are in ..mozilla/defaults/pref/

is there any way to move them to my home directory ?

thx :)
