Help with an IDE harddrive

I am runing redhat 7.0 and I am trying to get a harddisk running that is formatted in NTFS is there any way I can get linux to recognize the harddrive ? Thanx

do you mean you need wipe out the ntfs partition to repartition with linux?

or you want to access the data that is currently on the ntfs partition?

ntfs module, it's read only.

I always include it in my kernel. I'm surrounded my windows partitions, at work and at home.
