I have two hard disks on my system; both of them are 20GB. One of them has a 6 GB partition for Windows 98 and 13 GB for storing programs. The other drive has 6 GB for Linux and 13 GB for other programs. I installed Lilo on the Linux/Windows partition on the MBR, but it only allows to choose the Linux operating system. How can I make Lilo recognize mi Win98 drive so I can choose my booting operating system? Someone told me that I should install Lilo on the superblock of my Win98 partitioned drive...but does this work?
And also, why does Linux tell me I possibly have a virus when I load Linux? I recently downloaded an antivirus and no virus was detected. Why is this message appearing?
Thanks.

do u have the newest version of lilo? the older versions couldn't handle drives bigger than 13gb i think. What tells you there is a virus? is it a prog in windows? its probbebly telling you that since windows master boot record is wiped (and replaced with lilo). Lilo can boot windows, but make sure that you have the right drive set up (lilo has a thing like drive=/dev/hda and u want to change that since win is on another drive.
