Hi all. I am trying to compile XDirectFB into my XFree86 and am having some problems....
Short installation instructions:
- Check out module "xc" from XFree CVS (www.xfree.org)
- Apply patch "xc-directfb.diff" with "-p0" within "xc/"
OK, well, I have the 4.2.1 sources decompresed (into xc/ ), but i can't apply the patch. I usually do "patch -Np1 -i ....", but here it says "-po" I did "diff -p0 xc-directfb.diff" and it says that i am missing an argument, and if I do "patch -p0", it just hangs. I guess i don't really get what the xc module is, i thought that if i get the sources, it should all be in there.
Can anybody shed some light on this?
Thanks in advance
