Hey all,
Just got a old 486 subnotebook acting as a dumb terminal to my P4... One is running RH7.3, the other is running LRP with microcom (I hope you can figure out which is which).
Anyway, it occured to me that it would be cool if there was a aim client that worked via a text based setup so it could be ran, and viewed, via the terminal. If anybody knows of such a application, I'm more than anxious to try it out. (AIM on a terminal... hehe... it'd be modern and old-fashioned at the same time)

Might want to search freshmeat.net I know LICQ has a terminal client, so you should have one for AIM as well.

MAIM (http://www.css.tayloru.edu/~crussell/?MYAIM) seems to work quite well

I've always used naim (http://site.rpi-acm.org/info/naim/) when I'm without X.
