i have an old 386 that i'm wanting to use to learn C...the computer doesn't have a cdrom drive...i was wondering if there are any distributions that i could install by means of the floppy drive...i would only need bare essentials...only programs other than the os would be gcc and vi...the hard drive is only like 107 megs...anybody know of any distros that i could use...thanks...

I went to google (http://www.google.com/) and did a search for 'small linux distro'. I came up with this page (http://www.tux.org/pub/distributions/tinylinux/) but if it is not what you are looking for, try your own search. Maybe you'll even surprise yourself. ;)
