Klisa problem

So when i try to start klisa program i just get this error:
Mr-X:~# klisa
Mr-X:~# NetManager::prepare: bind (TCP) failed, errno: 98

Any ideas where fault is... maybe i cloud replace klisa with samba but i (realy don't know howto connect to other computer's, i'm not very experienced what comes to networking)

I solved that error but i still need help. How i can add "lan" network item to kde2 konqueror's menus.
And samba help would be nice.
