Belkin 2 Port USB/PCI Card

Has anyone configured the Belkin 2 port USB/PCI card?
If so, where do I begin? I can't find a driver, and RedHat 7.0 doesn't detect it.
I hope to use a Microtek 4600 scanner thru the card.

RH7.0 only support keyboard and mice usb.
but the main problem is Belkin!!. Yes they have only a win/mac drivers for this products.
