qmail

I would like to install Qmail on my PIII HP RedHat Linux machine. I am running Send Mail 8.9.3 at this moment. I want to send and receive the mails on qmail. I want to forward all the incoming mails to my other mail server which is on the network..
Any Help or guide line how do I go about this
