konqurer size/position

I want to set a default size and position for the Konqurer file browser when it opens (like x=;y=). I don't see any way to do this through the GUI, so I am assuming there is a configuration file somewhere I can open and edit. Where is it? Do I need to be root to edit it?

Select Window from the toolbar and then Configure view profiles, select File Management and Save Windows size in Profile and then click on Save.

also, right click on the top toolbar, i mean the very top edge of the browser window and select "store settings"
