I recently bought a Labtec Webcam. I got it to work fine under windows but in Linux i ran into some problems. I downloaded the Qce-ga driver but when i tried to run the make command i got bombarded with errors. (Read Attachment)

Is there another way of getting this cam to work or should i just return it and get the CReative labs pc-600?

If anyone has any ideas or views on what is a good webcam which i can find in any computer store please post and let me know.

Well i am running Redhat 7.3 Kernel 2.4.18-10 as for where my source files are stored they are in /usr/local/src

I'm still fairly new to linux and there is still alot ot learn about this wonderful OS. Also do you know of a particular webcam that is Linux compatiable right out of the box?
