KDE 3 question

Im running KDE 3 ... everytime I highlight a link it pops up this annoying box asking me what I want to do with it. How can I stop it from comming up?

Have you tried associating web page extensions (html, etc) with your favorite browser using KDE's control center - File Browsing - File Associations?

that pop up is the klipper. it is an applet that lies on the system tray. it can be set up. just right click on it
then click preferences. then u can play with it. or disable it completely.
actually its a good thing but sometimes it stays up for quite a while and start to get annoying. you can set the timeout to 1 or 2 seconds so it wont stay too long.

the klipper will be (usually) the leftmost icon on the system tray where the sound mixer also lies.

That was stupid.. i swear that is so annoying everytime i would highlight anything it would pop up. I didnt think that klipper did that.
