E-Mail Server

I'm looking to set up an e-mail server. I know that there are other e-mail servers other than sendmail. I have used Linux for quite sometime and I'm still not really an expert. My bread and butter is Cisco.

So, I'm looking for an easy e-mail to setup that is very secure

qmail = secure

Unfortunately, its not the easiest to install. However, there's some great information at Dave Sill's site at http://www.lifewithqmail.org. He also has a book called "The qmail handbook" which I would highly recommend picking up if you want to get serious about qmail.
