Hey, I've started my new linux box and I'm trying to configure it in new and mysterious ways. Ok not mysterious but new. I was wondering, if I wanted to be able to use files on both my windows and linux should I use samba or nfs? Now I know samba is good for sharing files, but what about for being able to access them both like they were local files even they're on a different machine? I hope I am asking this right.
Oh yeah
Linux: Redhat7.3
Windows: Win2k
Thankx

Use Samba to transfer files between Linux and Windows and NFS to transfer between Linux and UNIX/BSD/Linux
