I want to configure OpenOffice1.0.1 to send a document as email. I can't seem to find anything helpful. Anyone have any ideas?

I am using StarOffice 6.0, yes, the bought for money one. It is very close to OpenOffice, and it has a "Send as E-Mail" choice in the file menu. What IT does, is format the document in HTML and then send it. Can you approach it that way? HTH, Ray

Yes, in OpenOffice I can click on file from the menu and go to send and then click on send document as email, but nothing happens.
