X CD Roast, gcombust - if you are a newbie ... i personally use the console utilities mkisofs and mkcd,

Remember that gcombust and xcdroast are only front-ends to "cdrecord".
You might also have a program called "cdwrite" but IIRC that isn't being maintained, so don't use it.
