Hey guys. I have a tiny question with sylpheed.

(side note, running debian sarge and i used the distrib deb.)

Basically, I have incoming email working fine, but the smtp isint working. Server is smtp.comcast.com default port and everything. (25 i think) Its a pop3 server and there are just about no options to change. I'm just wondering if i missed anything that I need to do to make it work. SMTP auth is off (uses incomming settings) Mozzila mail worked fine so I'm just confused.

I don't know this program, but sometimes programs give error messages out on STDERR. If you start the program from a xterm or whatever, it may give out an error message to help you.

I accidentilly had ssl activated :) thanks though for the quick responses.

and as a side note i meant smtp.comcast.net not .com :)
