onboard sound card drivers?

well i gto a a7v133 from asus , and its causing me a problem wheni try to run q3 , i think its the card cause it the console it crashes "signal 11" right after the sound initializes

anyway ...

is there a place i can get linux drivers for such a PS ? right now its ont he generic ones , which im sure they arent the best in the world ..

If your getting sound now it should be okay. I was getting "Signal 11"s when I didn't have all the Mesa/GL drivers removed.

You using a Nvidia card?
